About the Job

We are looking for experienced and technically skilled professionals to join our team as EV Charger Engineers or Managers. The successful candidates will be responsible for the full cycle of EV charger system installation, operation, and maintenance, ensuring reliable and efficient performance of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform the installation, configuration, and commissioning of EV charging systems (AC/DC).
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal charger performance and uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software-related faults in EV chargers.
  • Verify that all installations comply with national electrical codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Manage project planning, materials, and workforce for efficient execution (for Manager role).
  • Supervise and guide technical teams during on-site installations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and utility providers for system integration and technical support.
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and installation documentation.
About You

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Power, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred for Manager position).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of direct experience in EV charger system installation, testing, and maintenance for Engineer position; 5+ years for Manager position.
  • Hands-on experience with AC and DC fast chargers, load balancing systems, and electrical protection devices.
  • Strong understanding of power distribution, control systems, and EV charger communication protocols (OCPP, Modbus, etc.)
  • Proven leadership and project management experience (for Manager role).
  • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
