General Purpose:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Manager (GM). The role involves managing schedules and calendars, prioritizing and handling internal and external communications, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and maintaining accurate records and files.
The Executive Assistant also supports daily office operations by performing clerical and administrative tasks, operating office equipment, coordinating basic maintenance and supplies, assisting with bill payments, supporting customer service and security functions as needed, and carrying out other related duties to ensure the efficient functioning of the executive office.
Qualification Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in secretarial science and office management or related fields
- Two years related experience in an office assistance or administration environment.
