Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Arrange regular and urgent meetings in consultation with the GM.
- Write the minutes of the meetings (issues discussed, resolutions passed, responsible person for the action and due date)
- Assist the General Manager in routine management works and make decision based on the given power of delegation.
- Communicate with different government and non-government organization regarding the Company functions and act as liaison officer as per the instruction given by the GM.
- Conduct facilitation and arrangements for visitors.
- Follow up proper documentation of and updating of the Company database.
- Draft letters
- Control correspondence & reply to emails forwarded by the GM.
- Liaise with other agencies, organizations, and groups.
- Manage visas and residential permits of expatriates, consultants, and guests.
- Handling local and international flight ticket and correspondence
- Arranging travel and accommodations for CEO members and experts as per the instruction of the GM.
Job Requirements
Work Experience:
- 2 years or above with local and international experience.
Education:
- BA or MA Degree in Management or fields related to the job
Skills:
- Ability to multitask and priorities tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and strong ability in planning.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Great verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Professional discretion
- Good computer knowledge
