- BA Degree Secretarial science or related filed
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greets and welcome guests and visitors as soon as the arrive at the office
- Assist manager’s day to day activates
- Booking
- Prepare reports and materials for publications and presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Excellent time management Skills
- Availability of coffee, tea, etc. for Immediate Supervisors and his Guests
- Arrange travel and accommodation for high managers and his guests
- Provides high level administrative support and assistance for H/R managers
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting Letters, memos, minutes for high level managers
Experience
- Degree 5 years out of which 3 years in senior secretary position
- Diploma 8 years out of which 4 years in senior secretary position
