Job Summary

As an External Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. You will collaborate with the sales team and other key stakeholders to achieve sales objectives. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct Field Visits and Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers through on-site visits and field research.
  2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  3. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  4. Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Provide comprehensive information about products to potential customers, addressing inquiries effectively.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with colleagues to share insights, develop strategies, and support collective success.
  6. Maintain Sales Records: Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting purposes.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or field-based role.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
