Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all feed products.
- Develop a feed sales plan based on feed market expansion.
- Plan how to archive feed sales volume through prioritizing to marketing achievement with minimum effort and short time.
- Give technical recommendation during commercial farm visits.
- Increase feed dealers and sub feed distributers in the area.
- Work with zonal and woreda government team to facilitate feed sales feed from feed dealers manage feed sales area.
- Update and communicate information on compotators product for pricing and product.
- Follow up feed dealers on all feed business activities locating and developing relationship with new feed customers.
- Strongly assess and feedback the result of company feed and end users.
- Create a market linkage between feed dealers and commercial farmers.
Key Performance indicator
- Increase feed orders size and feed dealers.
- Develop a strong relationship with sector government structure which support our business.

About You
Qualification
Animal science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal production and Animal Nutrition
Work Experience – first degree 2 years and DVM 1 year
