Description:
- To provide on-ground technical and functional support to the sales team during the rollout and daily use of the SFA system. These officers will ensure successful adoption, correct usage, training, and issue resolution in the field.
Responsibility:
- Provide hands-on support to ASMs, CSRs, and KDs during field operations.
- Train sales staff on using the SFA mobile app and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot mobile device issues, application errors, syncing failures, and login challenges.
- Validate route structures, customer lists, GPS tagging, and daily task execution.
- Ensure compliance with daily usage standards (check-in/out, coverage, order capture).
- Collect feedback from the field and submit insights to the SFA core team.
- Monitor usage KPIs and support performance improvement.
- Support User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for new features or updates.
- Document field issues and track resolution with backend/system admin team.
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree or Diploma In Marketing, Business Administration, or Management /IT And Related Field.
- 2 Year for BA and 4 Years for Diploma.
- Experience in sales operations or IT support is an advantage.
- Strong communication and training capability.
- Ability to travel frequently and work in the field.
