Responsibilities: Finance
- Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare financial statements
- Train finance and non-finance staff on financial policies, procedures and regulations.
- Daily review of payment documents in accordance with existing operating guideline
- Overall responsibility for recording of accounting transactions, monitoring cash inflow and outflow and budget controlling.
- Review payment requests to verify all the necessary supporting documents have been attached.
- Ensure that all cash operation procedures and internal controls are strictly followed.
- Ensure that the established control systems for assets acquisition, handling and utilization are consistently applied.
- Prepare payroll and financial reports on a regular basis
- Follow up for those transactions which needs correct adjustment and communication have made on time.
- Close and report monthly income statements.
Responsibilities: Administrative
- Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
- Update staff leave, performance evaluation and send reports on monthly basis
- Prepare job advertisement and post on appropriate media for all local positions. And Make arrangements for interviews and preparation of contracts and letter of appointment for newly hired staff.
- Check references for selected applicants. Schedule orientation programs for new staff with different departments and staff.
- Timely distribution of HR and admin related information to staff and concerned department heads.
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year experience as finance head
- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Minimum first degree in accounting and office management/ business administration or related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Problem – solving
- Project completion
