Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle inventory owned by the company, including their make and model, purchase date, current mileage, and any outstanding repairs.
- Follow-up vehicles maintenance and repair services and the routine cleaning of the vehicle
- Performs minor vehicles maintenances
- Supervises, coordinates and controls the operation of vehicles fleet
- Follow up the effective utilization of company vehicles
- Controls the proper use of fuel allocated for each vehicle, makes monthly requisitions and reports
- Handles issues with insurance companies to file claims for damaged vehicles.
- Handles vehicles insurance follow up and annual inspections tasks
- Supervises security agencies working with the company and handles any related tasks
- Handles tasks related to preventive and occurring maintenance of company’s building facilities
