Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    • Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Assist in candidate screenings and help maintain recruitment databases.
    • Gain exposure to various recruitment methods, such as online sourcing, campus recruitment, and headhunting.
  2. Employee Onboarding:
    • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.
    • Prepare induction materials and assist with orientation sessions for new employees.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Support the HR team in organizing and scheduling training programs for employees.
    • Help monitor and track employee participation and progress in training and development initiatives.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and helping to develop employee development plans.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the administration of performance review processes, including tracking timelines and gathering feedback.
    • Participate in creating performance improvement plans and provide support in monitoring employee progress.
    • Assist in the analysis of performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Help manage employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and practices.
    • Support HR in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
    • Assist in the implementation of surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction.
  6. HR Administration and Compliance:
    • Provide administrative support for HR activities, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and updating HR databases.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in HR processes.
    • Assist with HR reporting, including tracking HR metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
  7. HR Projects:
    • Collaborate with senior HR staff to work on special projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, compensation and benefits reviews, and organizational development efforts.
    • Assist with the research and analysis required for strategic HR planning and decision-making.

About You

Key Requirements:

  • Education: A recent graduate with a Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience: No prior work experience is required, though internships or part-time roles related to HR, recruitment, or administration will be an advantage.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)..
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
