Nile View Hotels – Gondar, the newest property in the Nile View Hotel Chain, is preparing to commence operations soon in the historic and vibrant city of Gondar. Strategically located in the heart of the city and formerly known as Quara Hotel, this property is poised to become a leading hotel in the city, offering world-class services while contributing significantly to the growth of the local hospitality and tourism sector.
Following the proven success of Nile View Hotels – Bahir Dar, which has established itself as a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers, Nile View Hotels – Gondar aims to set the benchmark for service excellence, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction in the city. We are currently seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team.
About You
Required Education & Competency
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene, and cleaning standards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage inventory, laundry, and supply systems
- Attention to detail and quality standards
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 years for degree holders, 2 years for diploma holders in a recognized hotel with similar responsibility
