Position Summary: This role manages the dual functions of human resources and general office administration, focusing on talent development, performance, and logistical efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and training processes for new staff.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and appraisals.
- Manage general office administration and organizational logistics.
- Handle procurement and property (Logistics) tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Education: BA Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of relevant professional experience.
