Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to manage and oversee all HR-related administrative tasks. The HR Administrator will be responsible for maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, managing leave requests, preparing HR-related documents, and providing support to the HR department. This role requires strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance & Timekeeping:
- Monitor and track employee attendance, including daily check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage records for sick days, vacation days, and other leave requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of attendance data in the HR system.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and contract documents.
- Ensure all employee files are complete, organized, and stored securely.
- Assist in the onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
HR Documentation:
- Draft and prepare HR-related letters, including offer letters, employment contracts, promotion letters, and termination notices.
- Manage the issuance of certificates of employment, salary slips, and other official HR documents.
- Ensure that all HR documents comply with legal requirements and company policies.
HR Support:
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
- Assist in the coordination of HR projects and events, such as training sessions or team-building activities.
- Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding employee attendance and leave management.
- Assist in audits and HR compliance reviews.
About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Education Requirements:
- Degree in human resource, Business, or related field
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
