General Mission:
Ensure the seamless operation of HR functions across our diverse business units by providing top-notch administrative support and facilitating effective communication between employees and leadership.
Expanded Duties and Tasks:
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily HR tasks including scheduling, employee record management, and onboarding processes, ensuring that our HR operations support the dynamic needs of our company.
- Employee Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, promoting a positive employee experience and maintaining strong internal communications.
- Event & Training Coordination: Organize HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities that reflect our company’s commitment to growth and innovation.
- Policy Documentation: Maintain and update HR policies and procedural documents to ensure they align with our evolving business landscape.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional yet approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 4 years in HR data analysis or reporting—candidates with up to 5 years of experience are highly preferred.
