Key duties include recruitment and selection of qualified candidates, employee relations management, payroll administration, benefits coordination, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and a thorough understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
