Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise recruitment and on boarding processes.
  • Administer payroll processes.
  • Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • handling disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • supports the HR manager in implementing employees’ performance management.
About You

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields

Required Experience:

  • 1–3 years in human resources.
