Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and enhance our HR department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s workforce, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing best practices in HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering effective communication.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation systems.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on contract negotiations and legal HR matters.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5-8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially in diverse work environments.
