Description:

  • Support HR operations in an FMCG or manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, employee administration, recruitment, training, payroll support, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
  • Prepare employment contracts and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Process HR documentation such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
About You

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR or related functions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
