Description:
- Support HR operations in an FMCG or manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, employee administration, recruitment, training, payroll support, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
- Prepare employment contracts and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Process HR documentation such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR or related functions.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
