Job Title: HVAC Technician (Levels III)
Department: Forman /Project Execution / Site Operations Reports To: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor – Mechanical Supervises: (Level IV may supervise junior technicians or helpers)

Salary: As Per the company scale
Job Purpose:
To install, maintain, and support HVAC systems as per technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities grow with each level to include more complex work, decision-making, and leadership.
Main Duties:
- Execute full HVAC system installation (ducts, equipment, VRF units, etc.).
- Conduct pressure/leak testing and assist in commissioning.
- Follow approved drawings and work with minimal supervision.
- Report material shortages or installation issues to supervisor.
About You
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduated from Technical vocational school (tvt) in general mechanic, HVAC technician, industrial, Plumbing, Sheet metal work
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in HVAC and firefighting project execution
- Certifications: level 4 COC
Hard Skills:
- Full HVAC installation capabilities
- Interpretation of mechanical shop drawings
- Use of measuring/testing tools (e.g., manometer, vacuum pump)
Soft Skills:
- Task prioritization
- Coordination with teammates and supervisors
- Basic leadership (may guide Level I/II techs)
