Roles Responsibility
• Manage client relationships, gather project information, oversee sales cycle, develop budgets and timelines, create business plans, identify sales opportunities, negotiate with vendors, and own solution development and bid processes.
• Manage sales platforms through email, phone, and social media to maximize the reach of the brand and optimize exposure
• Discover new sales lead via client referrals, directories, and promotional campaigns.
• Contact current and prospective clients through phone calls and emails to explain products, including new developments, and create sales opportunities
• Maintain working knowledge of all products/Services IE Networks supply, being able to explain any aspect at a moment’s notice and develop an understanding of new products quickly.
• Candle Solution Development, Bid and PI process flows with full accountability to make sure the process led toaward/contract at the end of the sales cycle
• Prepare BoQ/PI with clear terms and conditions aligned with customer requirement.
• Negotiate discounts with vendors/partners, conduct competitive analysis, and provide insight to management for margin decision-makings
• Achieve quarterly sales targets in coordination with assigned AE
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management or any other related field
• 1 years of relevant work experience in Sales or Customer service roles in similar industry
• Experience in meetings or exceeding sales target
• Professionalism and strong work ethic
• Oral and written communication and organizational skills
• Understand, manage, and operate the CRM solution
• Customer service Management skills
