About the Job

The main objective of the assignment is to establish BRIDGE+ data clerk pool those will be equipped and kept for call-based responsibility to deliver high-quality, reliable, and timely data from smallholder dairy farmers, AgIDs, Cooperatives etc up to the project desire level for selected internal MEAL surveys [Extension/SHF, AgIDs, Cooperatives. bi-annual/annual etc).

About You

Enumerators should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics, animal science, social sciences, economics, statistics, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in development work of dairy/livestock sector
  • Prior experience in survey data collection (experience in dairy/livestock sector).
  • Knowledge of digital data collection tools (ODK, Kobo Collect, Survey CTO, Akvo Flow or similar).
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with respondents respectfully.
  • Fluency in local languages of the target regions (Amhara, Oromia, South & Tigray) and proficiency in English/Amharic. – (Fluency in Local Language is mandatory)
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and in rural field conditions.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, including confidentiality and informed consent.
