MeQrez Health Services is a share company established in October 2020, dedicated to strengthening Ethiopia’s healthcare sector. Our primary mission is to establish organizations within the health industry to alleviate the nation’s healthcare challenges through initiatives such as general hospitals, a chain of pharmacies, imaging and diagnostic centers, and the import and export of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
In our initial phase, MeQrez has committed to enhancing the well-being of our clients by delivering exceptional customer care alongside affordable, high-quality medications sourced and provided by Ethiopians. The Company is seeking for a dynamic and results-oriented on the following job position.
Major Responsibilities of this role
- Provide first-line IT support to employees (onsite or remote)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows, macOS, printers, peripherals)
- Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and access permissions
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
- Assist in managing Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- Perform basic server maintenance (file backups, updates, patches).
- Troubleshoot email, DNS, DHCP, and firewall issues.
- Set up and deploy new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment (asset tracking, repairs, replacements).
- Install and configure licensed software and security updates.
Salary: – For as per Company scale and benefit packages.
Place of work: – Addis Ababa (Ayat area).

About You
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field with at least two years demonstrated work experience
