Main Responsibility & Duties
- Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
- Establish safety procedures for working with dangerous chemicals.
- Conduct tests and monitor production processes.
- Chemicals create processes for handling them
- To ensure the well-being of employees who work with those chemicals.
- Coordinate and perform tests.
- Analyze data to develop conclusions.
- Communicate results of analysis and research.
- Developing process chemistry.
- Deciding on the most effective arrangement of operations for mixing, crushing and heat transfer etc.
- Conducting experiments and calculating temperature and pressure during the industrial process.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conducting research into improved manufacturing processes.
- Designing and planning equipment layout.
- Incorporating safety procedures for working with dangerous chemicals.
About You
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- MSC/BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry and Related Field of study.
Work Experiences: –
- 0/2 year and above
Technical Competency
- Track record in manufacturing organization preferably in Painting industry
- Excellent knowledge of strategic analysis and planning
