Job Purpose: Assist the HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, with solid experience in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials.
- Help coordinate training and development programs.
- Provide support in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Handle employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Ethiopian labor law.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo.
