Job Purpose: Assist the HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, with solid experience in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs.
  • Provide support in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Ethiopian labor law.

About You

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo.
