Job Summary:

The Junior HR Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day human resources functions of an organization. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the entire recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and help managers in conducting effective performance reviews.
  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Communicate policy changes and updates to all employees.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
About You

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Able to provide good leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
