Purpose of the Role
To support sales activities by promoting coffee products and café services, developing customer relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets across retail and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities (Main)
• Support daily sales and market-development activities
• Promote coffee products, café services, and commercial offerings
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Assist in achieving sales targets and market coverage
Detailed Responsibilities
Sales & Market Support
• Visit customers and potential clients regularly (retailers, cafés, offices, hotels, institutions)
• Promote roasted coffee, beverages, café services, and related products
• Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and customers
• Support order taking, follow-ups, and delivery coordination
Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Handle customer inquiries, basic complaints, and feedback
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily and weekly sales visit reports
• Record orders, customer feedback, and market information
• Support sales forecasts and market data collection
Marketing & Promotion
• Support promotional activities, tastings, and product launches
• Assist in distributing marketing materials
• Collect competitor information (pricing, products, promotions)
Compliance & Coordination
• Follow company sales procedures and ethical standards
• Coordinate with finance, logistics, and café operations
• Ensure proper use of company resources
Qualification & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 1–2 years sales or customer-service experience
• Interest in coffee, food & beverage, or FMCG sales
• Basic communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in the field and meet customers regularly
• Basic computer skills (MS Office); CRM or sales systems is an advantage
