Julphar Pharmaceuticals PLC is a joint venture between Gulf Pharmaceuticals Industries (Julphar) U.A.E and MEDTECH Ethiopia, which is involved in the manufacturing of LIFE SAVING Drugs for the local Ethiopian market use as well as for export. Job Summary/Main Purpose:

JuniorSales Representative is responsible to sell company’s pharmaceutical products to a variety of customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of SC & Business Dev’t Manager, JuniorSales Representative shall carry out the following duties:

  • Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
  • Creating promotional materials for dissemination by clients.
  • Provide product information and deliver product samples
  • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Conducting regular sales and marketing plan evaluations to ensure that you always meet sales targets.
  • Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing one
  • Comply with relevant pharmaceutical sales laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
  • Perform other related activities when instructed by his supervisor.

Department : SC & Business Development

Reporting to : SC & Business Development Manager

Salary : As per the company scale

About You

Job Requirements (Education and work experience):

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, no work experience is required

Skills required:

  • Customer service
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication, Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and Meeting sales goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Product knowledge
