Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Junior Supply Chain Officer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics and procurement management to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Junior Supply Chain Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
• Assist in planning and coordinating transportation of goods to minimize costs and delays.
• Track shipments and address any logistical challenges that arise during transit.
• Support the management of customs clearance processes for import/export goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize supply chain processes.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels to meet operational requirements.
• Provide support in analyzing supply chain performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain (procurement, and logistics) with Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A valid driving license is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability and willingness to travel when required.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Technical Skills:
