Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic airline partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs,
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key airline clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial interactions and strategic discussions with assigned accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and create customized strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, pricing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and service level agreements with key clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the airline, aviation, or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of airline commercial operations and sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts and meet sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required (domestic and international).
- Strictly airline, travel industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience working with global or multi-regional clients.
