Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager – Shippers is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, activating, and retaining shipper accounts on the Truckload Digital Freight Matching Platform, ensuring consistent load posting, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard corporate, SME, and institutional shippers.
  • Guide shippers through registration, verification, and first-load posting.
  • Ensure rapid activation and adoption of the digital platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned shipper accounts.
  • Drive repeat usage and increase loads per active shipper.
  • Monitor shipper activity and address commercial-related concerns.
  • Ensure alignment between shipper expectations and platform capabilities.
  • Educate shippers on platform benefits, pricing, and processes.
  • Collect market feedback and relay insights to Product and Operations teams.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Track and report shipper onboarding and activation KPIs.
  • Contribute to GMV and revenue targets through active accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and reporting records.
About You
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, logistics, or key account management
  • Experience with digital platforms or marketplaces is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
