About the Job

The Lead, Branch Operation is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of all activities. This role involves leading a team of branch staff, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, and implementing strategies to improve customer service and increase branch profitability.

About You

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience:

  • Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
