Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the design process: site analysis, concept development, layout planning, and detailed drawings.
- Develop compelling mood boards, 3D visuals, and client-ready presentation packages.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and clients during briefing, revisions, and approvals.
- Supervise freelance designers, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all designs meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Provide on-site design clarifications as required.
- Research and recommend innovative materials and solutions.
- Work with the Project Coordinator to ensure smooth handoff to the build team.

About You
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in commercial or office interior design.
- Strong portfolio with minimalist and functional designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite.
- Proven experience leading design projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian construction standards and materials is an advantage.
