Job Overview
The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for assisting in all logistics and intermodal activities and required to contribute to the enhancement of department performance.
Job Description
- Coordination on equipment
- Facilitation with all concerned regarding to equipment delivery and handling efficiency
- Communication with customer
- Intermodal coordination and follow up
- Perform reporting as per the company standard timeline
About You
Educational background
- BA degree in logistics and supply chain management, business administration or related business field
Working Experience: 2+ years’ experience in shipping, logistics, export, or any related field
Additional skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Fast learner
- Excellent experience in Ms offices (outlook and excel)
Requirement Skill
Office suites (MS Office, iWork)
Adaptability
Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint
