SYNTRANS Logistics Plc, is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team in the following positions..
Key Responsibility
– Execute assigned air freight import and export shipments based on requested service or shipping terms.
– Prepare, verify, and maintain shipment documentation, including AWB, invoices, packing lists, permits, and special cargo documentation.
– Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, and internal teams to ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time
– Track shipment progress and provide updates to the Team Leader, Logistics Specialist, and clients as required
– Assist in handling special cargo (dangerous goods, perishables, high-value items) under the guidance of the Specialist or Team Leader
– Support the Logistics Specialist and Team Leader in resolving operational issues related to assigned shipments
– Maintain accurate records, files, and system updates for all assigned shipments
– Ensure compliance with company SOPs, airline requirements, and regulatory guidelines
About You
Qualifications:
- A Dgree in Logistcics & Supply chain Management ,or related Field. –
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience –
- Good Knowledge of Air logistics operations and documentation. Strong coordination, reporting and communication skills
