Job Summary
Is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all maintenance and operational activities related to Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). This role ensures maximum uptime, service efficiency, and compliance with operational and security standards across all regions. The position also involves managing teams, coordinating vendors, and ensuring high-quality customer service and technical reliability.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ATM & other IT hardware, software, and communication systems
- Leadership & Supervision: Proven ability to manage technical teams and multiple regional operations.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze performance data and implement efficiency improvements.
- Planning & Coordination: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, reporting, and negotiation skills.
Decision-Making: Sound judgment under pressure and in operational emergencies
Competency
Education:
- B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering Management),
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience for BSC, 8 Years MSC/MIS, ATM operations, maintenance, or banking technology services & related,
- Minimum 8 years of experience MSC/MIS, ATM operations, maintenance, or banking technology services & related
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing technical teams.
- Experience with ATM network management systems, vendor coordination, and project implementation.
Certifications (Preferred):
Related Certification is a plus
