Job Purpose
The Manager – Advertising & Promotion is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing advertising, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives to support the marketing and sales of the company’s real estate developments and the broader Gift Group products and services.
The role ensures
- Consistent brand promotion, effective campaign management, and strategic visibility of the company/Group through events, exhibitions, media engagements, and promotional activities.
- Effective brand visibility, measurable marketing impact, and cost-efficient advertising through strategic campaign planning, media management, and performance monitoring.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Advertising & Brand Promotion
- Plan, develop, and implement advertising strategies to promote the company’s real estate projects and the Gift Group brand.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns across print, broadcast, outdoor, and digital media platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency in all promotional and advertising materials.
- Manage advertising agencies and media partners.
2. Campaign Planning & Management
- Develop integrated marketing and promotional campaigns for real estate projects.
- Coordinate promotional activities aligned with sales targets and project launches.
- Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on marketing investment.
3. Events & Promotional Programs
- Plan and manage promotional events including:
- Campaign launch events
- Seminars and business forums
- Press conferences
- Property launch events
- Customer engagement events
- Coordinate logistics and communication for all promotional events.
4. Exhibitions & Road Shows
- Plan and organize participation in relevant real estate exhibitions and trade fairs.
- Manage road shows and promotional tours locally and internationally targeting diaspora and potential investors.
- Ensure effective presentation of company projects, products, and services.
5. Media & Publicity Coordination
- Work with media outlets to secure promotional coverage and advertising placements.
- Coordinate press briefings and media engagements related to campaigns and events.
- Support corporate PR initiatives and brand reputation management.
6. Promotional Materials Development
- Oversee the development of promotional materials including:
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Billboards
- Corporate presentations
- Exhibition materials
- Ensure high-quality production aligned with corporate branding standards.
7. Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Sales teams
- Project management teams
- Sister companies within the Gift Group
- Align promotional activities with Gift Real Estate and overall corporate marketing strategy.
8. Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor advertising budgets and promotional expenditures.
- Prepare periodic reports on advertising performance and campaign results.
- Provide recommendations to improve promotional effectiveness.
9. Advertising Effectiveness Monitoring & ROI Evaluation
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and promotional activities across different media platforms and marketing engagements.
- Collect and analyze feedback, audience reactions, inquiries, and response rates generated through campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assess campaign performance against marketing objectives and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare analytical reports and recommendations to improve future advertising and promotional strategies.
10. Media Vetting & Cost Effectiveness Assessment
- Conduct systematic vetting and evaluation of media outlets and advertising channels based on reach, audience relevance, credibility, and cost-effectiveness.
- Recommend appropriate media mix strategies to maximize exposure and impact while ensuring prudent utilization of marketing budgets.
- Negotiate advertising placements and partnerships to secure favorable rates and optimal coverage.
- Maintain a database of vetted media partners and performance records.

Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or promotional campaign management.
- Experience in real estate marketing or large-scale project promotion is highly desirable.
