We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Market Developer to join our Holland Dairy PLC Commerce team..

• Market Research & Expansion:
  • Identify potential new markets, retailers, and distributors for Holland dairy products.
  • Conduct surveys and competitor analysis to understand market trends.
• Sales & Business Development:
  • Approach local retailers, supermarkets, and food-service providers to promote Holland dairy products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned.
• Customer Engagement & Support:
  • Provide product information, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
  • Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction with product quality and service.
  • Collect feedback and report market demands to the sales team.

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Having prior Sales experience in the region is a plus
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for market visits.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting tools).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
  • Familiarity with dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, etc.).
  • Understanding of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales processes.
