Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private owned company engaged in Real Estate Property Marketing and sales.  We are inviting qualified applicants for the following positions with an exciting working opportunity and attractive compensation packages for competitive applicants

Job Purpose: Will involve in all marketing management activities, including preparing marketing strategy, Planning and budgeting, research analysis, brand awareness and promotion, developing campaign and organizing events to achieve marketing pans.

 Major Duties (not all inclusive)

  • Design executes the best marketing campaigns and overseeing various marketing projects from the start to completion
  • Leading and overseeing the marketing team work and assign them tasks on a day-to-day basis
  • Study customer behavior and alter the latest promotional campaigns & review marketing strategies and plans accordingly
  • Analyzing the marketing efforts of the team and company ‘product position in the market
  • Researching and remaining up-to-date with the market demands and trends
  • Reviewing competitor’s marketing activities and recommend possible remedies to it
  • Coordinating with the Sales department in developing promotional events
  • Addressing urgent customer queries and complaints in timely manner
  • Developing, implementing, and tracking budget for all the marketing activities
  • Stay updated about recent trends in the marketing industry and helping with lead generation activities
  • Organizing and attending marketing and networking events
  • Providing constructive feedback to the marketing team and preparing & maintaining performance reports
  • Building and maintaining strategic relation and Partnership with internal and external business parties

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • BA/MA Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field with at

Knowledge and Skill             

  • Knowledge of Real estate’s business
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience: at

  •  least 6/8 years relevant work experience in senior marketing positions, Marketing Manager /supervisory/coordination roles in similar organization setup or equivalent
