Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning field marketing events, including choosing locations, materials and staff for assignments
  • Ensuring staff brings necessary tools and equipment for a field display
  • Showing uses for a product at a field marketing event to raise interest from potential customers
  • Explaining the value of a service or product of a company for a potential customer
  • Gathering contact information from potential customers for follow-ups by sales staff
  • Making direct sales to customers at a field marketing event
  • Auditing the results of field marketing efforts to identify strengths and weaknesses and adjust methods accordingly
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Tracking visiting goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the marketing team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • The field marketing manager plans field marketing campaigns and ensures staff carry them out or they delegate responsibilities which include:
  • Follow up demands for the information placed at social networks, upgrade and innovate the channels.
  • Inform the patient clearly about the care you are going to give.
  • Document your activity & patient’s condition & keep oral & written report.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge and skill.
  • Keep functionality and durability of materials needed for patient care.
  • Make sure all elective surgical patients evaluated by Anesthesiologists & all surgery patients sign informed consent & understand what is written there.

Working Condition

  • The working condition is regular hour

About You

Minimum Specification Requirement

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

  • Masters/bachelor’s degree in marketing Manager, Business Management or related field
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience

Knowledge & Skill requirements

  • Successful completion of an internship and residency in ophthalmology
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Have good communication skill,good administrative and managerial skills,creativity skills & have some computer skills.
  • Strong physics and math skills, and excellent medical knowledge.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Expert working knowledge of the diseases, functions, and anatomy of the eye.
  • Language: Fluent in English (oral & written)
