About the Job

Specific Duties and responsibility 

  1. ATL and promotional campaign planning, execution and monitoring
  2. Develop different marketing concept as per the brand strategy
  3. Lead a creative development of ATL communication
  4. Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company
  5. Prepare strategic plan for each brand
  6. Monitor ROI of each marketing campaign
  7. Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboard
  8. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
  9. Negotiate advertising contracts
  10. Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
  11. Develop creative marketing campaign
  12. Create integrated marketing concepts for all of the brand
  13. Lead campaign delivery – developing and managing campaign plan with across all key channels with internal stakeholders and agencies

Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

About You

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Female applicants are highly encouraged.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or business field with 5 to 7 years’ experience in HR management roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of Marketing Strategy and practices, & out of which 2 or 3 years must be on similar Marketing Manager position;
