About the Job

The Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies aimed at business clients. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in various industries. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the B2B landscape, including customer needs and market dynamics, to effectively position the company’s technology solutions. S/He will be will be responsible to lead the marketing team and collaborate with other department to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts, to coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs and campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and drive demand for IT products and services.
  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (including email marketing, webinars, and digital advertising) to attract potential business clients and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Content Marketing: Develop high-quality content tailored to business audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership articles that demonstrate the value of the company’s technology solutions.
  • Event planning – organize events to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and decision-makers to enhance brand visibility and drive collaboration opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective sales tools and collateral that support their efforts in engaging potential clients and closing deals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Brand Advocacy: Promote and maintain a strong brand presence within the B2B technology sector, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
  • Prepare and provide regular and accurate process progress reports for tracking and decision-making.
  • Monitor productivity, quality and efficiency of processes post implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Introduce and track process efficiency metrics
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team.
  • Managing risks and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Performs other related duties assigned by VP as required.

About You

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or related field of studies (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years of directly related experience with the Technology center, out of which 3 (three) years must be on supervisory / managerial position.
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Excellent skill in marketing automation software and MS office packages.
  • Fluency in spoken and writing both English and Amharic languages are mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
