Purpose of the Role
To lead marketing and sales strategy for coffee products, café sales, and other commercial business lines, driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities (Main)
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategy
- Grow café sales, wholesale coffee, and commercial accounts
- Build strong distribution, B2B, and institutional sales channels
- Lead marketing campaigns and brand positioning
Detailed Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop sales plans for café, roasted coffee, bulk, and commercial customers
- Identify and secure B2B clients (hotels, offices, retailers, distributors)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships
- Monitor sales performance and market trends
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop marketing campaigns (digital, promotions, events)
- Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal offers
- Manage social media, advertising, and customer promotions
Team & Channel Management
- Lead and supervise sales & marketing team
- Set targets, KPIs, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with operations, café managers, and supply chain
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Analyze competitors, pricing, and customer behavior
- Recommend new markets, products, and growth opportunities
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 years experience in sales & marketing, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in coffee, FMCG, food & beverage, or commercial sales
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic skills
- Experience in B2B, institutional, and distributor sales is highly preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
