- Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally.
- Serve food, beverages, and refreshments during meetings, events, and gatherings.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and light refreshments during meetings and special occasions.
- Support in setting up and clearing tables for meetings and events.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage phone calls and basic front desk administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality in the service and reception areas.
