About the Job
The purpose of the office engineer position is to administer contractors work and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents. inspect work site, monitor project budget and schedule and check takeoff sheet, project plans and drawings to verify payments certificate. analyze and recommend changes to contracts and prepare necessary amendments in contract document.
- manage and coordinate project activities with contractors subcontractors and engineers
- review and approve project plans specifications and contract documents take off sheet and payment certificate
- ensure that project schedules and budgets are met
- provide technical support and assistance to project teams
- prepare and review project reports proposals and other documents
- conduct site visits and inspections as necessary
- ensure that all work complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- manage and maintain project records including contracts change orders and other documents
- provide guidance and support to junior staff
- provide assistance to office engineering Head
About You
BSc degree in civil Engineering or construction management with the minimum of 5 years of working experience preferably in real estate or construction sector
