About the Job

The Office Engineer is someone who provides technical information to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble-shoots engineering related installation problems

PLACE OF WORK: – Head office Addis Ababa

                  key Duties & responsibilities

  • Preparing Interim (main) Payment & Subcontract Payment.
  • Preparing work schedule, Cost Analysis for the project
  • Preparing Takeoff sheet & bar schedule Supervise, bill of quantities and check construction activity on site.
  • Prepare / process Daily, Weekly and monthly plan & report.
  • Should be familiar with basic engineering software’s such as Auto cad, MS project,
  • Evaluate drawings, specifications, contract document & bill of quantities thoroughly and confirm that they are free from error & implement them accordingly

About You

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management.
  • Minimum  Experience :- 4 years’ experience from these 3 years of relevant experience in Building Construction, Structures (steel and concrete) ,factory projects  as an office engineer and at least 1 year of site experience
  • Maximum experience: -5 years
  • Qualifications for this job include a combination of career experience and skills
