About You
Qualification
- Degree Civil Engineer or construction management from recognized university
Experience
Main Duties and responsibility
- Prepare detailed plans for assigned tasks
- Perform engineering design and analysis calculations pertaining to and in support of detailed plans
- Perform quality calculations (quality take-offs) for construction documents
- Prepares weekly monthly, quarterly , yearly schedules for the project
- Prepares contract documents
- Review drawings and respond to Requests of material purchases accordingly
- Prepares take-off sheet weekly & payment certificate monthly
- Assists in the preparation of monthly , quarterly & annual budget of the project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent knowledge in computer skills such as Microsoft Office , MS project and Autocad
Requirement
- 4 years and above work experience
