Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the overall operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize company performance and achieve business objectives.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operations.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with telecom operators, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote business growth and enhance service quality.
  6. Provide strategic guidance and direction to operational teams, leveraging four years of experience in operations management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and achievement of operational targets.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  9. Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and market changes to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.
  11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
  12. Prepare regular operational reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  13. Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, effectively communicating objectives, goals, and expectations.

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering,Mechanical engineering, civil engineering Computer & related business administration, or operations management, A master’s degree would be a plus.

Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience, At least four years of experience in operations management, demonstrating a track record of successful leadership & achieving operational objectives.
    • Strong Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, energy systems,& related technologies.
    • Proven leadership & people management skills, with the ability to inspire & motivate teams.
    • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
