About You
- Hold an MA or BA Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience (for MA holders) or 2 years (for BA holders) in performance management, planning, or monitoring roles.
- Possess strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Have a solid understanding of performance indicators and evaluation frameworks.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
