About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee pharmaceutical business unites stock movement to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Receive and process purchase orders from retail outlets and Ahadu pharmaceutical wholesaler.
- Analyze product movement using the ERP system and verify against actual stock on hand throughout the P.B.U.
- Regularly update the selling prices of medicines in compliance with company Profit margin policies.
- Minimalize and manage expired and damaged medicines.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and ensure accurate stock records.
- Facilitate internal stock transfers and external purchases as needed.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking, understocking, and stockouts.
- Distribute medicines across departments efficiently to maintain balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and computer skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
