We create unique spaces for both residential and commercial clients, seeking out new materials, new techniques and constantly striving for excellence in quality and delivery. we are driven by our maxim of ‘Cherished Craftsmanship’.  Providing either a complete turn-key solution including design, manufacture and installation services for clients, or collaborating with designers outside our organization. Currently, the company wants to hire a Senior Human Resource Officer, based on the following requirements.

 

About the position 

 

The Production Manager will oversee the production process, coordinate all production activities, and ensure the efficient and timely manufacture of high-quality products. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage production teams, optimize workflows, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities: –

 

Production Planning and Scheduling

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demand. Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Team Management 

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor production metrics and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Quality Control

  • Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues.
  • Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

 

Safety and Compliance

 

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and standards.

 

Location: – Sendafa Factory

 

Type of employment: – Full Time Monthly Salary with bonus & or incentive

About You

Qualifications: –

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role. Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.

Skills: –

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
